Welcome to the UK Acro Calendar.
Our aim is to list and promote all UK jams and workshops, so that more people are aware of events going on around them and around the UK in general. We hope to create a central hub for all AcroYoga and Partner Acrobatic events, allowing you, dear acrobat, to plan your trips in advance, travel to meet and connect new communities, learn more and ultimately, help to grow the Acro community in the UK :)

***THE VENUE ADDRESS:***
The MAIN CONVENTION WORKSHOPS & ACROJAMS will be held at the same venue both days: Erewash Valley Gymnastics Centre, Long Eaton, Nottingham, NG10 2DL.
The PRE CONVENTION ACROJAM will be held at a Judo Club 5 minute walk from the Main event. Cross Street, NH10 1HD.
The SOCIAL Saturday evening location is tbc, though it will be local to Long Eaton (up to 30min walk from Main Venue).
***ABOUT EREWASH VALLEY VENUE:***
We will have full, exclusive use of the venue over the weekend. The beautiful gymnasium is on the ground floor, with several floor areas. Also on the ground floor there are plenty of bathrooms, drinkable water and a viewing/quiet area. Upstairs there is another viewing area, which we will also use as a food area. There are also more toilets and spaces to get changed.

The event will not be catered, but there are corner shops on street, and bigger supermarkets within a 10min walk. There are also plenty of fast food and restaurants surrounding, as we are in the heart of Long Eaton Town centre.
There will be a food share table, with nibbles provided, which you can pick from and/or provide sharing snacks too.

***ACCOMODATION:***
We are not providing accommodation for the weekend.
If you are local and happy to accommodate any amount of people, please do let us know and we will offer these to those who would benefit from a place to stay. There will be an option on the registration form to support this process, on a first come first served basis.

-Train: The closest train station is Long Eaton train station, this is a 30minute walk from the venue, or 6min by car.
-Driving: If you are driving and have space to bring others, please let us know on the registration form and we will offer spaces to people on a first come first served basis.
-Parking: The Pre Con AcroJam has a large paid car park around the back at NG10 1HF. The Main Con venue has a massive car park which is free to use.

-SUNDAY ONLY TICKET > Access to the Main Convention on Sunday (Sun 09:15-19:00) and the Pre Con AcroJam.
-PRE CON ACROJAM > INVITE ONLY – Limited to 40 people due to safety & space. Invites monitored via reg form. On the day if you’re able to, please pay what you feel.
