Our aim is to list and promote all UK jams and workshops, so that more people are aware of events going on around them and around the UK in general. We hope to create a central hub for all AcroYoga and Partner Acrobatic events, allowing you, dear acrobat, to plan your trips in advance, travel to meet and connect new communities, learn more and ultimately, help to grow the Acro community in the UK :)

Standing Acro Convention 2023 Bristol UK

Hello!

We are extremely excited to launch the Standing Acro Convention in the UK this June!

We’re bringing some of our favourite international and UK acrobatic teachers for a weekend of technical training and creative inspiration

From 6pm on Friday 9th June to 7pm on Sunday 11th June, there will be 9 workshop rounds in everything from hand to hand, dynamic acro, creative tricks, dance acro, group skills, soft acrobatics and more! Plus time to practice and connect with others

There are TWO WAYS TO JOIN:

1. A full weekend ticket (£150) for intermediate-advanced acrobats. Prerequisite: a safe, unassisted standing hand-to-hand. 50 places.

2. A Sunday day ticket (£70) for all levels. Sunday has 4 rounds of workshops with options for everyone. 30 places.

LOCATION

Bristol is in the southwest of England. It has two train stations and an international airport.

REGISTRATION

This is a small convention with a high teacher-participant ratio. There are 50 full-weekend and 30 Sunday places available.

You can come solo, with a partner, or as a group.

To ensure an even ratio of flyers and bases, we will be confirming places in batches on a rolling basis. You can expect us to contact you within 2 weeks of registration.
